In collaboration with the Canadian Mental Health Association, we created this engaging and heartfelt animated video to introduce the Not Myself Today campaign. This powerful initiative aims to spark meaningful conversations about mental health in the workplace, encouraging both companies and individuals to break the silence, foster empathy, and build a more inclusive, supportive, and mentally healthy work environment.
